Having Lots of Nosebleeds?
I'm not the kind of person who gets nosebleeds a lot (before this year, I've only had one in my life and that was seven years ago), but in the last few months, I've had four. Something about this doesn't seem quite right to me. The first one happened only a few weeks after we moved into our new house; I was sitting there eating dinner when I got a nosebleed. Funny thing was, only the left side bled. A few weeks later, I woke up and my nose was running. I kinda just brushed it off until I looked in the mirror and saw that there was blood all over my face. I cleaned up and noticed that again, it was only bleeding out the left side. A few weeks later I woke up to find my face, pillow, top edge of my comforter, etc. covered with blood. Just last night, I woke up at 4 AM with a nosebleed. And, guess what, it was only the left side. Any ideas about why this could be happening? Could it have something to do with my new house? This hasn't been happening to any of my family. I thought it was allergies, so I got on some new allergy medicine (nasal spray and Claritin) but that didn't help. So I'm not sure what to do to make these nosebleeds stop, or what the cause of them is. Any help would be fantastic!

Sometimes season changes cause nosebleeds, for example the winter months : the cold weather and dry air are perfect condition for nosebleeds. I dont know what the conditions you live in are but ur nosebleeds could be caused by dry air. If this is the case buy a humidifier. They can also be caused if ur overly tired or haven’t gotten enough sleep. So make sure you get some rest if this is the case.
* Also, I’ve heard that people who pick their nose get nosebleeds since they damage the wall. And dry hard boogers may irritate the blood vessels in your nose. (Gross I know but that could be a possibility)
